IS THIS CLASS GOING TO BE HARD?
Yes! the class is intense! However, all our teachers will be able to adjust the intensity to your own needs. The ROWFORMER changes angles to target different areas of the body during the exercises. It will take you 2 to 3 session to adjust with the variable tension and move types.

 

HOW IS THIS DIFFERENT THEN THE Pilates or lagree?
The ROWFORMER is the 1st generation to combine resistance training with cardio. Some are calling the ROWFORMER the next big thing! The biggest difference is that the ROWFORMER addresses all the fitness needs in one workout with little to no joint impact. From negative resistance to positive, time under tension, range of motion, body weight, HIIT cardio and strength bands. Not only is there a ton of science and research to back the method, machine etc. the results are real. Everyday our clients are getting stronger and getting empowered to be the best version of themselves. There is no other equipment like it!

 

SHOULD I TAKE A BEGINNERS CLASS?
Not necessarily. Some first timers do great however, if you are not the “workout” type; we do recommend that you notify the instructor for your class and they can assist in modifications and give your body a few sessions to become acclimated to this new type of fitness.

 

HOW MANY TIMES A WEEK?
The class can be enjoyed every day since the focus is on intensity optimization (not maximization). Most clients come 3 to 5 days a week. With the three class types, it is easy to find yourself at HF and no where else. That is the beauty of our workout, it can be enjoyed every day on its own and enjoyed with other fitness regimes. We do recommend that you take plenty of rest after the first few sessions. Give your body time to adapt. Some people have been sore up to 5 days after their 1st workout while the average seems to be 2 days soreness.

 

UNLIMITED: Your membership of Unlimited, means one class per day. If you should desire to take a double class or take two classes in one day you will need to purchase the additional class (as a member) for only $15. If you use classes, you will be able to use additional classes to attend two classes a day. IF you book through a third party booking company, you would need to purchase a sperate single session class in order to attend more than none per day.

 

SHOULD I START WITH A PRIVATE LESSON?
Private sessions are not necessary but if you like to learn at your own pace, then we recommend to take a few private sessions.

 

ARE GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED?
At HARDTFIT, we require grip socks in all of our classes and private sessions in order to maintain the cleanliness of our studio. Not only are you able to grip the ROWFORMER better with your feet, this also makes it easier to do the exercises properly. Grip socks are available for purchase here at the studio, but you are also more than welcome to bring your own.

 

WHAT IS THE LATE POLICY?
Please note we have a strict late policy. 5 Minutes for clients who have been on the ROWFORMER before. 15 Minutes for new clients as this will allow you to sign liabilities and receive an introduction to the machine.

Booking Classes Online
The most popular way to book classes is online, through your online dashboard Or the HARDT FIT mobile app! Simply log into your account at www.hardtfit.com and navigate to the schedule page. From here, you can select which class you would like to take! Once your class is booked, you will receive a confirmation email — make sure that you double check the reservation is correct!

 

5-Minute Grace Period
Our classes start on time! We keep organized by respecting the schedule and want to make sure to preserve the vibe once the music starts bumping. If you’re running late, we allow a strict 5-minute grace period to check-in. Arrivals past our grace period will not be allowed entry and may be susceptible to our “no show” penalty. Plan in advance to arrive early and ensure your workout!

 

Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before your class. You are able to cancel your reservation in the following ways: 1) Log into your account and click in to your schedule, then click cancel next to the class that you wish to cancel.

 

Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time. Your pre-paid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.

 

Late Cancel: Classes not cancelled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $15 and prepaid class will be removed from account.

 

No Show: If you do not late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show up for class, you will be charged a no show fee of $25 and prepaid class will be removed from account.

 

NOTE: as a member, HF allows you a complimentary no show and or late cancel visit at no charge each month. HF will automatically waive this charge upon the first missed and or late cancel visit in a 30 day month.

 

One class per day:  Whether you are on a contract or purchase classes, you are only able to attend one class per day. IF you decide to take two classes, you would be charged an additional class fee. The charge would be a class. IF you are a member, than the added class is only $15 and can be purchased in studio.

 

The Waitlist
If a class is full, don’t be shy- add to the waitlist! We recommend doing so! Not only will you have better luck getting into a class, it also helps us know where we need to add classes. Get on the list by clicking “Sign Up Now!” when a class reads “10 Reserved, 0 Open”. You will then be AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMED via email once a spot becomes available at least 24 hours before class. If a spot becomes available less than 24 hours before class, it is a first come first served basis. We recommend at this point to check back on our online scheduler for an available spot and snatch it up!

We kindly ask you to leave your jewelry at home. We do not want you to loose any precious items at our studio.

We have the right to refuse business to anyone. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

HF offers Alkaline water should you bring a bottle with you to the workout. We do have bottles for sale and water for sale as well.

A valid credit card must be kept on file for all clients. Prepaid classes can not be used towards cancellations. Your prepaid class will be added back to your account and can be rescheduled within 30 days.

All sales are final. HF reserves the right to cancel any agreement and or restrict use to anybody.
