HARDT FIT offers a muscle blowing, body shaking workout unlike any you’ve ever done before. It’s a high-intensity, super low-impact class that is done as slow (slow-twitch type I = “ENDURANCE”) as possible to lengthen and tone your body in ways you’ve never dreamed and to maximize fat loss. While also at times attacking the faster (fast-twitch type II fibers which = “EXPLOSIVE”) fibers for lean muscle development and cardio conditioning. HARDT FIT focuses on both type I and II as other methods focus on one or the other. Think a hybrid of Pilates + Rowing + Burst training…welcome to the HARDT FIT method. Suited to all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, we’ve trained everyone from the first time fitness goer, the injured client to the pro athlete. What to Bring
Bring grip socks & your water bottle! Grip socks are also available for purchase should you forget to bring your own! Complimentary water available with your own bottle.
Be sure to arrive at least 15 minutes early for your first class at HARDT FIT. We will greet you at the front door for a tour of our facility and full run down of the experience!
Row Set Up and Safety
Don’t worry, we’ll help you with this! It is critical that you are comfortable and safe for your first experience! Your safety during class is extremely important to us! Early arrival ensures that our knowledgeable staff is able to help you find the proper settings on the Rowformer.
MUSIC: We play upbeat bass dropping music during every class to keep you engage and challenged. When we do HIIT on the rower, we row to the rhyme and when we do resistance training we shape with the beat.. We keep the decibels at normal studio levels and do provide complementary ear plugs if you should require.
Booking Classes Online
The most popular way to book classes is online, through your online dashboard Or the HARDT FIT mobile app! Simply log into your account at www.hardtfit.com and navigate to the schedule page. From here, you can select which class you would like to take! Once your class is booked, you will receive a confirmation email — make sure that you double check the reservation is correct!
5-Minute Grace Period
Our classes start on time! We keep organized by respecting the schedule and want to make sure to preserve the vibe once the music starts bumping. If you’re running late, we allow a strict 5-minute grace period to check-in. Arrivals past our grace period will not be allowed entry and may be susceptible to our “no show” penalty. Plan in advance to arrive early and ensure your workout!
To receive a full refund for a cancellation of a reservation, you must cancel your reservation 12 hours before your class. You are able to cancel your reservation in the following ways: 1) Log into your account and click in to your schedule, then click cancel next to the class that you wish to cancel.
Early Cancel: You can cancel your reservation by logging into our live online scheduler and canceling your session at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled class time. Your pre-paid session will then remain in your account for the next time you would like to schedule a class.
Late Cancel: Classes not cancelled 12 hours before your scheduled class will be charged a late cancel fee of $15 and prepaid class will be removed from account.
No Show: If you do not late cancel within 2 hours of class or do not show up for class, you will be charged a no show fee of $25 and prepaid class will be removed from account.
If a class is full, don’t be shy- add to the waitlist! We recommend doing so! Not only will you have better luck getting into a class, it also helps us know where we need to add classes. Get on the list by clicking “Sign Up Now!” when a class reads “10 Reserved, 0 Open”. You will then be AUTOMATICALLY CONFIRMED via email once a spot becomes available at least 24 hours before class. If a spot becomes available less than 24 hours before class, it is a first come first served basis. We recommend at this point to check back on our online scheduler for an available spot and snatch it up!
